Larry King transitioned easily from one path to the next on February 26, 2023. Larry died peacefully at home. His life will be celebrated at Kilgroe Funeral Home, 1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL, 35094 on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Friends are invited to join his family any time between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to enjoy food, fellowship, and memories of Larry’s full and fulfilling life.
Larry is survived by his wife of 62 years, Peggy. Also surviving is his son Larry, Jr. and wife Becky. Also, grandchildren Amanda Perry (Mat) and Tyler King (Alex). He was also blessed with three great grandchildren who he loved dearly: Lincoln, Ella, and Hudson.
His son Randy, parents Fred and Belle King, biological father Lawrence Clark, sister Joy, and infant brother Warren preceded him in death.
