Karen Lea Forman, age 63, of Moody, Alabama passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. Karen was born December 16, 1958.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Bartee (Marshall); son, Zach Hartsfield (Miranda); father, Bill Forman (Barbara), sisters, Georgia King and Reba Irwin (Tommy); beloved grand-dogs, Trooper and Genghis; as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 1:00 until 2:00PM. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 2:00PM.
