Jerri Burns

October 28, 1955 – August 12, 2020

Jerri Dean Burns, age 64, of Hueytown, Al. passed away August 12, 2020 at her home. Services will be held Monday, August 17, 2020 at 11:00. Hunter Snider will celebrate her life with Kilgroe Funeral Home of Leeds directing.

Jerri was born to Pierce and Jewell Burns in Birmingham Alabama. She graduated from Pell City High school and spent most of her life working as an insurance agent. Jerri was a devoted, loyal, and loving aunt and friend. Jerri lived life to its fullest enjoying Alabama football, camping, and quality time with friends. She never met a stranger and made people feel welcomed and loved. Jerri was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Pierce and Jewell Burns, her sisters Sharon Snider(Bill) and Gail Eason(Sam), and her brother Tony Burns(Vetres)

Survivors include her nephews; Duane Eason (Carla), Gary Eason (DeeDee), David Eason (Tanya), Ted Snider (Beth), Mike Snider (Brenda), and Jason Burns (Amanda), and her nieces Denise Junkin (Rodney) and Lisa Smith (Stephen), fourteen great nieces and nephews, five great-great nieces and nephews, and her lifelong friend, companion and confidant Jerry Turner.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Burns, AJ Burns, Trey Burns, Stephen Eason, Chandler Myers, and Jordan Snider.
