James Spradley age 84, passed away on Friday February 5, 2021. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Hays Spradley; parents, Robert and Mary Spradley; sisters, Elizabeth Shook and Pearl Faulkner; brother, John Robert Spradley. He is survived by his daughters, Jamie (A.J.) Nihiser and Sonja (Eric) Taylor; son, Shane (Patsy) Spradley; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Wednesday February 10, 2021 from 10:00-11:00AM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Al with a service to follow at 11:00AM. The family has requested masks be worn for the visitation and service. Burial will be at Forest Crest Cemetery.
