Donna Isbell

Donna Lynn Isbell, age 61, of Leeds, Alabama, received her heavenly body on September 1, 2022 after a long health battle. She survived cancer, two kidney transplants, numerous illnesses and more surgeries than can be counted until her earthly body could take no more. Donna graduated from Leeds High School in 1979 and received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nursing from UAB. She worked many years in newborn NICU at St. Vincent's Hospital until health reasons intervened. She was a member of Valley View Baptist Church and enjoyed teaching a preschool Sunday school class for several years after retirement.

Donna will be greatly missed by her parents, Joan and Conrad Isbell, sister, Lisa(Paul) Reaves, niece, Abbie(John) Bolton, nephew, Tyler Reaves, great-nephews Everett and Jax Bolton, aunts, Nancy Kay(Tim) Thompson and Diane(Terry) Riddlesperger and numerous cousins. A brief ceremony will be held Tuesday, September 6 at 10am at Kilgroe Memorial in Leeds. Donna’s cousin, Paul Brasher, will officiate.
