William Alvin McLaughlin, age 69, of Moody, Alabama passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021. Alvin was born April 5, 1952 and is survived by his wife; Marsha McLaughlin, daughters, Melanie Phillips (David Joe) and Crystal McLaughlin; son; William Heath Thompson (Robyn), 7 Grandchildren; Jacob (Kayla), Meghan (Dayne) Isaiah, Blake, Braxton, T.J. and Hunter. Mr. McLaughlin was a deacon at the Vandiver Church of God, loved fishing and Alabama Football.Memorial services will be Saturday August 28, 2021 at 2pm at the Vandiver Church of God.
