Gae Johnson

She is reunited with her parents, Walter and Beatrice Jabs, brother Dale Jabs, husband Olaf Johnson, grandsons Tye and Trey Metke, sister-in-law and best friend Diane Johnson and many friends and relatives.

Gae was born and raised in Leduc,AB. She met the love of her life, Olaf, while working in the coffee shop at the Waldorf Hotel. After they were married and had kids she went on to work at Robinsons clothing store, Alberta Liquor Control Board (ALCB) then Leduc Wall Fashions for many years.

Mom was a tireless provider and she raised her family in a warm and loving home. She enjoyed visiting friends and family, playing Bingo, played thousands of games of cribbage and spent countless hours doing ceramics. Her feisty personality with that twinkle in her eyes and always having time to chatter will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

At Gae’s request there will not be a memorial service. Cremation has taken place.
