Vivian M Baal

Vivian M. Baal, 90, Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday June 26, 2018 in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late John A. Baal. Vivian was born in Lebanon on April 30, 1928 a daughter of the late John E. and Erma V. Gibble Rowe. She was an active member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church where she participated in the women’s group of the church. She had also served as president of the Resident’s Council while residing at Cedar Haven. She is survived by grandchildren: Geoff Fogelman and Monica Gilbert; great-grandson: Colin Patrick Gilbert; nieces: Dorothy Laudeman, Becky Laudeman, Melissa Broscious; nephew: Jimmie Andrews. She was preceded in death by daughters: Lucinda Mae Baal and Patricia Fogelman; sister: Jessie J. Rowe and brother: Leonart C. Rowe. Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 am in St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church 534 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046 where a viewing will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service. Interment will be made in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to her church.
