John Zimmerman Hoover Sr - March 25, 1935-April 26, 2023. John was the surviving spouse of Ruth Gibble. He had 8 children: Sandra Kreiser & (Darrell), Lydia Oliver & (Randy), Betsy Houtz & (Dave), John Hoover Jr. & (Tanya), Eunice Heist & (Brian) Kelly Martzall & (Rick), Dale Dundore & (Shawn), Karen Anspach & (Greg) along with 23 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren & 4 great-great grandchildren. John was a determined man who loved the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, fellowship & eating, sometimes all at the same time! A Memorial Service will be held in the Little Swatara Church of the Brethren 31 Rehrersburg Rd, Bethel, PA, 19507 on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 11:00AM with a visitation from 10:00AM until the time of the service.
