Christopher L Collins

Christopher L. Collins, 30, of Lebanon, died Saturday, January 22, 2011 in the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born November 4, 1980 in Hershey, PA. He was a former employee of Quest, Inc. in Lebanon and a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church of Lebanon. Christopher was a 2001 graduate of Cedar Crest High School and was very active with Special Olympics program and the Halcyon Activity Center in Lebanon. He enjoyed all type of sports, especially wrestling, football, baseball and NASCAR. He is survived by father, Russell J. Ruth, Newmanstown; mother, Sherry L. Collins Ruth and step father, James Williams of Lebanon; sisters, Amanda Ruth of Lebanon; Elizabeth Collins of Blue Lake, CA; grandmother, Eloise Firestine of Annville; grandfather, Gene Beamesderfer of Lebanon; a niece, two nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Special Olympics PA of Lebanon County, P.O. Box 1018, Lebanon, PA 17042.
