Carol Ann Leahy, age 85, of Lebanon, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. She was the wife of John C. Leahy with whom she celebrated a 67th wedding anniversary on September 1st. Carol was born in Lebanon on October 24, 1937 a daughter of the late Herbert L. and Kathryn H. Dissinger Kohl. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School class of 1955 and was a band member who marched in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. Carol was a life member of the Lebanon Moravian Church where she was active in her church community including being the long-time treasurer of the Young at Heart group. She loved to cook and bake and especially loved her grandchildren. In addition to her husband she is survived by sons: John and wife Janine Leahy; Jeffrey and wife Holly Leahy; grandchildren: Caitlin Leahy and Patrick Leahy. She was preceded in death by aunts: June Klopp and Ethel McGovern. Private interment will be made in the National Cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap.
