Bruce’s devotion to his family and his firm belief in God has brought the family much peace and comfort since his passing.
Bruce was born on January 24, 1944 in Menard, Texas. Bruce was blessed with a large and loving family. He was the youngest of 10 children, all of whom preceded him in death. Bruce married Earline Pittman on February 5, 1966 in Odessa, Texas. They celebrated their 54th anniversary 17 days prior to his passing.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Earline, his children, Daniel, Stephen, James, Rebecca and Dwaine. Bruce is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Bruce will be remembered for his desire to share and talk about God’s word and his love for the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home in Leander. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at The Sanctuary of Cedar Park in Cedar Park.
Bruce will be honored with a Military burial for his service in the Army to our country with his immediate family on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. in Killeen at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
