Barnes Edward Tucker "Edd" was born October 6, 1942 in Mobile, Alabama. He passed from this life January 4, 2023 in Round Rock, Texas at the age of 80 years. Edd was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked in education for 50 years as a teacher and elementary principal. He enjoyed playing pickleball with friends at the retirement community.
Edd was preceded in death by his mother, Odessia Elliott and a brother, Franklin Tucker. He is survived by his wife Marlene Tucker; children Darren (wife, Kim) and Dana (husband, Brad); grandchildren, Dillon, Kyle, Conner, Alex, Tori, Chloe and Tucker.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held January 20, 2023 at 1:30 pm at the Eagles Landing First Baptist Church, McDonough, Georgia.
