Cody Wayne Kinslow was born on April 27, 1981 and went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the age of 42. Cody put his all into everything he did. In 2018, he pursued his dreams and started his own trucking company.
Cody was a big teddy bear with the best hugs and had the biggest, most beautiful smile that would brighten any room. Cody always loved spending time with his family and loved his two boys with unstoppable force. Cody never met a stranger and had friends in every city and state. He was so empathetic to people and animals. Cody undoubtedly will be missed by all who knew him.
Cody is survived by his wife, Laura Kinslow; two sons, Gabe and Jett Kinslow; mother, Kelly Kinslow; stepmom, Terri Kinslow; sister, Shelbi Williams and husband Jared; brother, Tyler Kinslow; grandmother, Judy Kinslow; and uncles, Mike Kinslow and Adam Kinslow. Cody was preceded in death by his father, Gary Wayne Kinslow.
A memorial service for Cody will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1200 S. Bagdad Road, Leander, Texas 78641.
