Survivors include his Wife, Mary Clifton; Sons, Chris Clifton, Buddy Yarbough; Daughters, Pam Favors, Linda Williams (Alton/Harley), Melony Isabell (Gary Ragsdale), Diane Perry, Paula Engleman (Rick), Susan Franklin (Burt); Brother-in-Law, Thorton Graham, Seventeen Grandchildren and Nineteen Great-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Sadie Clifton; Son, Sonny Shepherd; Daughters, Terri Diane Baker, Karen Workman, Melissa Clifton, Patricia Stewart; Brothers, Randy and Mikey Clifton; Sisters, Willa Mae Franklin, Marcie Graham, Dorothy Kelly
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home on Wednesday, February, 21st, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the Pettus-Turnbo Chapel on Thursday, February, 22nd, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Brother Roger Hendrix will be officiating.
Pallbearers will be grandsons Jerrimy Buie, Trey Shepherd, Colby Stewart, Dakota Stewart, Evan Watkins, and Burt Franklin.
Interment will be at Brace Cemetery.
