William Everett Henry IV lost his battle with cancer April 8, 2022, after a short, but courageous struggle. Bill was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. His passing will leave a profound void to a family who adored him. Bill was born May 3, 1954, in Napa, CA to Eleanor Klein and William Everett Henry and had 3 brothers and 10 sisters. Bill grew up in Henderson. He and Lisa Ogletree Pfeifer married in 1979. Bill had five children, four with Lisa. Billy was a proud and hard-working member of the Local Carpenter's Union # 1780 for thirty years as a drywall and metal framer and was known as "Billybags" to his co-workers and friends. Bill retired ten years ago and spent time doing what he loved. He was very artistic and enjoyed making jewelry, jewelry boxes and furniture for his family and friends. He was always available if needed and was the ultimate optimist; Bill lived every day to the fullest. He is survived by his wife Lisa Henry, his five children: Thomas Sokolik, Amber Romero (Adam), William Everette Henry III, Travis Henry (Shana), David Henry; grandchildren Anthony Romero, Tommy Sokolik, Amber Theres Gearen, Taylor Sokolik, Seiji Henry, Robin Henry, Zenniyah Henry, Chloe Henry and William Everett Henry IV; great-grandson Logan Hartman; 13 brothers and sisters and numerous sister and brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Viewing will be 10-11 am, with services following at 11:30 am, Wed., April 20. Graveside service at 1 pm, all at Palm Eastern Mortuary. Reception to follow at the Henry residence.
