Vincent was my best friend in 7th/8th grade. We formed a great bond. He was so funny and so much fun. We enjoyed the Yankees baseball, playing baseball, riding bikes in the desert, and just being hooligans together.  Even though we lost touch over the years I always remembered him so much.  Looks like he lived a great life, tied to the sea, his friends and family. Vinny left such a positive impact on me!

To the Rosa Family,

I met Vince over 20 years ago in Detroit as we opened Motor City Casino together. Always positive, jovial, and so funny, We hung out a lot. We lost touch thru the years, but I am forever grateful and better for knowing Vince.

Vinny was someone I worked with and didn’t get to know him too much. Our paths crossed a few times . 
    All the times I did see him or spoke to him, he was always so helpful and a very light hearted person.

Short and simple message to my best friend in the whole world without falling apart. God knows as well as VInny I probably have hundreds of stories, maybe even thousands of moments, that if edit together would be the most funny movie the world would have ever seen. Of course we are human so we went through our struggles as well, but we always had a pack that we are going to get through this world together. Well my friend, at least we tried till the end. You will be "forever missed and never, never forgotten," I pray to my Holy Jesus that we are togeher once again. May got look over you till I see each other again.

WOW....I am in shock that Vince has passed.  He is 2 days older than me.  He is in the top 5 people I have ever worked with in 30 yrs in the Casinos in Vegas.   He made me laugh every night no matter how bad it seemed at work he put a smile on my face.  He will be missed by many.  Gone way too early.   My prayers go out to his Family and Friends.

Vincent was always the kind of guy who wanted to have fun and tell jokes and have a good time, and on occasion he took it a bit far, but there was never ill intent. The family always called him a “ball buster”, but I think that was a part of his unique charm.

Rest in Peace, Uncle Vincent. I hope that you’re having a laugh in the afterlife.

We always referred to him as the "Fonz" he carved it on a light pole right in front of his house. 

Was stationed with Vinny on the Cayuga in the Mid 80’s. He was a good guy.  Good sense of humor. R.I.P shipmate.

During the pandemic shutdown, I spoke to Vince on the phone almost nightly. He kept me sane and drove me insane at the same time. We would discuss sports, politics, mask mandates, golf, and you name it.
Every phone call started with  Vince asking, did you watch Tucker tonight? And I would say shut up, we're not talking politics tonight....and then we talked politics for the next two hours until we drove Maryanne crazy. God bless her for being his soulmate and taking care of him. 

Very rare to see Vince without a smile on his face. One of the best friends I've ever had. Compassionate, funny, caring, outgoing, and just an all around great guy. Miss him terribly. 

I'm sorry for your loss, Vincent was my brother n law and  only had the pleasure of meeting him one time but I really liked him alot, he will be missed

I had only known Vince a short time. We worked together for a year. We had conversations of how much we loved this country and hated to see where it was going. He ALWAYS had a smile on his face and his energy was infectious. I loved working with him. When I found out what happened my heart sank. I was in complete shock. I still am. I have imprinted in my head his wonderful smile and I hope I can be as happy as he was every time I saw him. I am sending prayers and positive thoughts to you guys. Just know everyone at the cosmo in Las Vegas loved Vince!!!! May he rest in heaven!!!! 

I can't wrap my head around it. He was so full of energy and always smiling. I will miss him and I will remember him as a friend that always put a smile on my face. Rest in peace.
