Theresa "Terry" E. Rossi

Theresa E. “Terry” Rossi (Bartolo) passed away on December 14, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 89. Terry was born on December 11, 1933, in Boston, MA to Joseph and Lucy Bartolo. After graduating from East Boston High School, Terry married Rocco R. Rossi in 1952. Terry and Rocco raised two sons, Roy and Robert, their pride and joy. They celebrated 63 years of marriage until Rocco passed away in Las Vegas in 2015.

Terry returned to work in 1968 and had a very successful career at the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) in Boston, MA. Terry worked her way up from an entry level Administrative Assistant position to Office Manager and Conference Coordinator at NAIS. She retired in 1993 and moved to Las Vegas, NV with her husband Rocco. During their time in Las Vegas, Terry and Rocco acted as goodwill ambassadors to the city for their family and friends that visited them.

Terry was predeceased by her son, Robert; her sisters, Lucy Alba (Andrew) and Tina Pizzano (John). Terry is survived by her son Roy Rossi of North Andover, MA, and his wife Donna; her daughter-in-law, Lisa Rossi of San Dimas, CA, and grandchildren: Anthony, Angela and Gianna. Terry is also survived by her brother, Peter Bartolo (Janice) of North Dartmouth, MA; her sister-in-law, Jean Rossi of Peabody, MA; her brother-in-law, Andrew Alba of Cameron, NC; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date. Terry will be interred at St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church Cemetery in Methuen, MA. In lieu of flowers, the Rossi Family suggests that donations be made to St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church, 145 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA 01841.
