Steven Dale Ross, age 59, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, September 8, 2022. Steve was born October 2, 1962 in Reno, Nevada to Lola Ross and John Bartevian. Steve was a master electrician out of IBEW Local 357. In 2005, Steve was elected to represent Ward 6 on the Las Vegas City Council upon which he served for three terms and as the Mayor Pro Tem. Steve loved serving his community and will be remembered for all the good he did for his family, his friends, and the city of Las Vegas. Steve is survived by his wife Kelli Ross, his five children Jessica Larsen (Allen), John Labate (Lindsay), Matt Ross (Mallory), Jade Wilkinson (Todd), Shane Ross, and fifteen grandchildren.
A funeral service for Steve will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89131. Following the funeral service there will be a committal service at 12:00 PM.
