Stephanie J. "Stef" Manthei (Stapleton) 45, a server of Las Vegas at Denny's Restaurant passed away on April 24th, 2010. She was born August 23rd 1964, In Idaho Falls, Idaho and was a three-year resident of Las Vegas Nevada. Stephanie was a mother, a daughter, a friend, a sister, an aunt and nonetheless she was loved. She had a heart of gold and would lend a helping hand for anyone of her friends. She was a person you could always count on. She gave up her education to dedicate her life to raising a strong daughter. Stephanie is survived and loved greatly by her daughter, Quira Manthei; mother, Margaret Cook, stepfather, Dan Cook; father, Tom Manthei; brothers, Jeff & Brad Manthei; niece, Jessica Manthei & her son Caleb; sister in-law, Diane Stephens; and many more great friends and family. The memorial service was held on Friday April 30th at Palm mortuary 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV. Stephanie was such a special person--she was loved by so many people. She will be missed and remembered forever. R.I.P
