Dr. Ronald G. Penna

Dr. Ronald G. Penna, 76, passed away on Friday December 6th, 2024, in Las Vegas Nevada.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm on Thursday December 12th, 2024, at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary. 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89129. Burial will follow at Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 N Jones Blvd. Las Vegas, Nevada 89131.

Dr. Ronald G. Penna was born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on April 2nd, 1948. He married Sandra J. Penna on February 12th, 1972, in Christ Church Episcopal in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic located in Glendale, California in January 1978. He was honored by the American Chiropractic Association shortly thereafter. He worked as a Doctor of Chiropractic for 46 years. He was a veteran and served as Sergeant in the United States Air Force, he was honorably discharged on January 20th, 1972.

He loved being a doctor as it was his most prized accomplishment to society. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed the comradery of all his golfing buddies. When he wasn't tearing up the course, he loved watching football and all of his many fantasy football drafts with his friends. His family was most important to him, and he was a beloved husband, dad and grandpa.

Dr. Ronald G. Penna was preceded in death by his son, Jason M. Penna, his brother, Bruce Penna, and his parents, Francis and Josephine Penna.

Dr. Ronald G. Penna is survived by his wife, Sandra J. Penna, his son, Dr. Roger M. Penna, his daughter, Crystal M. Barnes, his daughter-in-law, Kathleen M. Penna, his son-in-law, Nicholas M. Barnes, his grandchildren, Destiny M. Penna, Savannah M. Penna, Zachary J. Barnes, Colin M. Barnes. As well as his nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be his son, Dr. Roger M. Penna, his son-in-law, Nicholas M. Barnes, his nephew, Mark A. Carver, his nephew Peter Gonce.
