My sincere condolences, I went to middle school and high school with Roland and we lived in the same neighborhood. We talked here and there mostly about Minnesota I have family there and we just had great chats and I am so grateful to have known an amazing man. My prayers are with the family.

This was the last volleyball tournament that we were honored to spend with you. We shared laughs, stories, and even tears when you fixed my phone.  Words can not even described what a dedicated father and husband you were to Rachel, Raelene and Scarlett……but your actions did. I know you will continue to shine light on them and the rest of your family always.

This is how I imagine your daddy’s love shinning down on you from heaven for the rest of your life. This day he ran around the park playing with you  and you laughed and cried because you fell, but he was right there to pick you up and make you smile again. Seeing you two made me want another daughter even more than I already did. This was also unfortunately the last day I saw Roland, so I will keep this memory for you and for me.  Just know that on this day he loved you immensely and I was lucky to see  it 🥹

This picture was taken at one of our Moneytree celebrations. On this day Roland surprised the heck out of all of us and stole the show by winning one of the games that involved shaking ping pong balls out of a Kleenex box attached to his tush 😲. He took center stage and killed it!!!! Nobody else stood a chance and those ping pong balls never saw it coming… He had us all cracking up and cheering and that’s just what he did best. His laugh and cheesy smile were the best. 
I will miss him dearly and my memories of him will live forever in my heart.

My deepest condolence to Rolands family,  his girls who he loved so much, his parents who he admired and his sister who he talked about often and all of his loved ones and friends. Roland was one of my managers at Moneytree and I too have such fond memories of him. He was so funny and kind always smiling and positive. I remember when we went on a store outing to crystal palace skating rink. It was Rolands first time skating and we had such a great time he was such a  trooper he held on to the rail while trying real hard to learn how to skate until he got tired of the kids flying pass him. :) lol I will forever remember the gentle giant with the DJ voice. Rest in Peace Roland. 

roland was one of the most admirable middle/high school  friends i had. he was smart, ambitious, and dedicated to everything he put his heart to. his girlfriend and his daughter were everything. wishing you both strength and positive energy to get through this time. I’m so sorry. ❤️

I didn’t want to post anything because I guess there is still a part of me hoping it wasn’t real…it has been a roller coaster of emotions. Some of it is guilt for not reaching out all these years….some of it is happiness for all the memories we had and remembering your contagious deep ass laughter. You were one of the first bros that taught me about brotherhood…you were one of the first examples I was able to witness as an amazing father….you love your daughters so much… Big Roe, thank you for the privilege of being able to call you my brother. Heaven gained one of the best.

Roland was an intelligent, caring, funny, amazingly cool person. I am so blessed and lucky to have known him. It’s rare that you meet someone who is genuinely nice and kind to everyone.

My heart goes out to his family and friends. I know they have suffered a huge, irrevocable loss and my thoughts and prayers are with them. 

May he rest in peace knowing he will truly be missed.

Roland was a big part of my childhood. We’ve celebrated many birthdays together and had tons of family gatherings! I’ll always remember how calm and cool he was, and was always so kind. I will also never forget his love for the Minnesota Vikings, Kevin Garnett, shoes and Nelly lol😅. Every LV Aces game I watch will be for you from now on! But the memories I will hold near and dear to me is our childhood. I will forever cherish that. What an amazing person you were, me Bianca and BJ were lucky to have grown up with! We love and miss you so much, Roland. Rest Peacefully. 🤍🕊️

We met Roland in 2022 when he was signing Raelene up with our volleyball team. We then were introduced to Rachel and Scarlett.
Roland was funny, caring and kind. He loved his family and his daughters. He was always present to help at the games and was always there for support. Our daughter got to meet some of their extended family and they welcomed her with open arms. There isn’t enough space to express all of the memories we had with Roland and his family, but we feel lucky to have spent time with him always laughing. Rest east Ro.. we will be here for Rachel & the Girls

Ro was my trainer. He always was so kind, patient caring and hilarious. He always gave words of encouragement when times were tough at work and would make small jokes to make us laugh when we were down. We always knew when he would walk in the room by the sound of the gum chew 😂 . As we ventured off to our home offices he would still keep in touch and make sure we were all good. I’m deeply saddened to hear of his passing. To his family and friends my deepest condolences during this difficult time we’ve lost a great friend. Rest in paradise Ro!! 

Roland was such a fun trainer! Thank you for being so caring, friendly and humorous. You've made a great impact on many people. You will truly be missed. Rest in Peace Roe 

Roland has always been the life of our office. When I first joined the team, he was the first person to reach out to me, and try to get to know me. He wanted to know what I liked, where I came from, everything that made me, me. He is always the one to make everyone feel welcome, no matter who they are, and always made sure that everyone was acknowledged. He's always there to help with anything that he can, and shows compassion to everyone he encounters.  He has a truly amazing soul that will live on forever here, and in our hearts. 

Roe was an amazing coworker and friend. He was always positive, uplifting, and so much fun to be around. I feel blessed to have known him. He will be truly missed.

Roland took me under his wing as an undergraduate in college. He taught me so many valuable lessons I still carry with me today. The biggest of those being that preserving through hard times only makes you stronger. Quitting won’t solve your problems, and you can achieve anything you put your heart to. Big Ro, you will be missed beyond measure, and I pray you rest easy.
