Rogelio “Roger” Villar Guillermo, 79, passed away at home in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 18, 2020. He was born on September 18, 1941, in Singalong, Philippines to Feliza Caronan and was raised in Quibuar, Alaminos, Pangasinan with his two younger siblings, Eduardo and Amelia. Roger was a U.S. Navy veteran, achieving the rank of E7, and while still in the Navy, he managed to get a prestigious staff appointment to the White House where he served for ten years during the Nixon, Ford, and Carter Administrations. After his service with the U.S. Navy, Roger continued to work for the Government as a Document Analyst Technician where he was employed for over twenty-one years with the United States Secret Service. Roger is survived by his beloved wife, Cora; his brother, Eduardo; his sister, Amelia; his nephew, Oliver; his nieces, Olivia and Ofelia; and a host of grandnephews and grandnieces.
