Richard C. Ohlandt of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, December 1,2011. He was born November 17, 1944, in Seattle, WA. Richard was a 43-year resident of Las Vegas, NV and retired from Nevada Beverage and Fed-Ex Freight. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Beatrix; and his parents. He is survived by his best friend and wife, Connie; son, Charles; daughters, Christy and Courtney; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Southern Nevada Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City on Thursday January 5, 2012 at 11:20 am. Arrangements under the direction of Palm South Jones Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
