When Reggie was a toddler living in the Philippines, I remember when Reggie wanted candy, snacks or ice cream, he would ask my mom for money. My mom would give him coins, but he gravitated on 5 sentavos versus a 10 sentavos. The 5 sentavos was like a nickel to him, because it was larger and the 10 sentavos was like a dime and smaller.  He thought the 5 sentavos was worth much more than the 10 sentavos, but as a toddler who doesn't know any better.  My mom would ask me to go with him. He ask the tendera (vendor), ”abile," meaning "I want to buy." He either was pointing at whatever he'd like, and when he gives the money to the tendera, he wouldn't have enough. So, I'd give the rest of the money to the tendera. Reggie, never hesitated to share with his sisters whatever he bought for himself.  Every Sunday when we go to church, after the mass, he will always stop by the magnolia shop to buy ice cream. Even if mom will trick him by going a different route to get home,  he will pull mom to the direction of magnolia shop and will not move until he gets his ice cream, not only for himself but for all of us. Every morning he will line up cups by the window, and wait for the Taho  vendor, and as soon as he hears the vendor he gets all the cups and let the vendor fill his cup first with taho. By the time the rest of our cups are filled, he would ask the vendor to fill his cup one more time for seconds. Before lunch and dinner, he will ask for some more change so he can buy ice to put in a glass of his favorite orange soda.
When we moved to Germany and then state side (Colma, CA) in the middle of the 80's, I remember when we would go to San Jose Flea market, my dad would drive his small Datsun. Reggie will sit on the middle floor board and he would let his Mom, Auntie Aida, and us sisters sit. While Uncle Ben sat in the front passenger as dad drove. 

Reggie and I Co-Founded our car crew. I initially "met" him on line when the group was forming. Then officially met him a few days later when we had our 1st official meet up. Soon as I pulled up in the lot, he's there with music playing from his Civc Si and he's C-Walking in the parking lot. It was then I thought, "man I'm gonna like this guy 🤣".  From the there the rest is history. He'd help me with suggestions on my car, planning car group meet n greets, cruises, and was always trying to assist everyone in our group with their own car. That's the take away I got from him, always willing to help. Its so easy to click and bond with someone when there's so many common interests. It's almost like we're one in the same. I refuse to speak about you in the past tense. Cause you're still here, just not in a physical form. But I feel your spirit and energy all the time when I sit and reminisce.

One night that we worked on route together  we stopped to get snacks and drinks  and once we completed our duties we hanged out at the usual place snd got ready to watch some MMA fights,  for weeks myself and Reggie was excited about this particular fight cause i was telling him about a fighter out of the Philippines that was really good and girl that's from Hawaii that's really good as well.. well what do you know they both lose the fight and Reggie was upset and laughing at the same time and he keeps blaming me for loosing at least 2 hours of sleep.  We both laughed through out the shift .. btw I have no bad memories of Reggie only good once .. Rest in Paradise my Brada. 

I remember moving to Vegas back in 2014. Just a couple months later moving to Vegas, I met Reggie by the interest in cars. I remember informing one of the guys on getting some boba and hanging to meet each other. When we first met each other, Reggie made me feel like we’ve known each other for a while! He was so kind, warm hearted, helpful, and a great listener. When we first met, we just started taking about cars and what should we do next and etc. Reggie was like a older brother to me. He’ll tell me to don’t do this and don’t do that, and I always listened to him. You’ll be miss my brotha! Forever in my heart .

I will always remember you as Rio & Rona's little big brother! Rest easy Reggie 😇🙏🕊

March 6th, 2008 was the first time I went to Vegas for my 21st birthday.  I was so happy to finally see all the flashing lights and what Vegas has to offer.  It was then when Reggie decided to take me sight seeing and shopping with my other cousins, Kanani and Kawai. If i’m not mistaken, Reggie took us around town in his red car, I forget what it was. I felt like I was in a Fast & Furious movie, filipino edition! LOL! I knew he loved his cars.. just as much as he loved his wife, my cousin Jonell and his two beautiful girls. Reggie was such a family man, and would do anything for them. Their last trip to Hawaii at the ending of last year, I remember me, cousin Sasha and Jonell cracking up laughing and Reggie just looking at us like wtf?!? LOL. “don’t mind us, we just having girl talk”.  I’ll miss his smile and his presence. He would make you smile just by him smiling.  Reggie, may you continue to watch over your family and friends.  Please protect them with your beautiful angel wings and keep them safe from harms way.  We miss you dearly and please say Hi to everyone up in heaven for us.
