Regina Ann Zobrist

It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of the death of our longtime employee, and friend Regina "Regi" Zobrist. As some of you may have known, Regi had been suffering with a prolonged illness in recent years. Regi died peacefully in her sleep on Monday, February 19, 2018.

Regi will be deeply missed here, leaving behind all of the fond memories we have of her. Regi's dedication and positive outlook on life was most admirable. She always had a smile for everyone and was highly regarded by everyone who ever had the opportunity to meet her.

I personally have known Regi for over 23 years and had the pleasure of working with her at Marnell. When I decided to start Austin General Contracting in 2005, she came along for the ride as our Office Manager and she "owned it" ever since. Regardless of the health challenges she may have faced along the way, she never let them keep her down. She NEVER let me down.

Regi is survived by her parents and two great sons. We have started a GoFundMe campaign for Regi's family. Thank you for those of you who already donated to her campaign.

Regi was an extraordinary person and friend to many. This is truly a great loss to me personally and our organization. She will be profoundly missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Services for Regi will be held next Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Palm Eastern Mortuary on Warm Springs and Eastern at 12:00pm.

If you wish to attend the public viewing, it will be held from 11:00am to 12:00pm.

Please join us for Regi's “Celebration of Life” which will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 5:00pm at 1 Ascaya Blvd., Henderson, NV 89012.

We will be gathering together with her family and friends to share a video montage, our favorite stories about our Friendships with her and refreshments.
