Phillip Franklin Noel

Phil worked for Mission linen for 27 years as a teamster and enjoyed a life of retirement thereafter. Phil had a lot of love for his cats and volunteered at Never Forgotten Animal Society. Phil was very passionate about camping, fishing, concert going, and working on projects around the home.

Phil was preceded in death by his parents Edna Joyce Smithson and Lewis Franklin Noel.

Phillip leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife Grace Martin-Noel; son Ray Noel (Lerna); stepchildren Brian Leverett (Ying), Amanda Leverett (Chris Kissler); siblings Stephen Leslie Noel, Randy Allen Noel (Turi); three grandchildren (Gianna, Sevanna, and Ava); two nephews Shawn and Randy (Danielle); two nieces Shanon (Randal) and Kristine (Aric); and a host of cousins and close friends.

To honor Phil's memory, in leu of flowers, donations can be made to Never Forgotten Animal Society (neverforgottenanimalsociety.com). Services will be handled by Palm South Jones Mortuary.
