Dr. Payton C. Cook was born on July 21, 1921 in Ashdown, Arkansas and passed away on December 25, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada and is under the care of Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery.

Memorial Service will be held on January 5, 2019 at 11:00 am at Mountain View Presbyterian Church , 8601 Del Webb Blvd. , Las Vegas, Nevada.
