Patti Ann Wesolek

She was born on March 13, 1955, Antioch, Illinois to Charles and Shirley Bolwin. She found her soulmate and partner for life at the age of 22, when she married William Wesolek of Chicago, Illinois. After William passed away, she was blessed to find comfort and companionship in Armando Hernandez.

Patti had worked several clerical jobs and typing the fastest on a typewriter was her special talent. Her career took a backseat when she gave birth to Michael Wesolek and three years later got the call to adopt Kirsten Wesolek. She raised her children with all the love she had and never said no to them.

Patti loved to cook daily, travel, and take any vacation with her grandchildren, and had a smile and a laugh that would light up the room. Her favorite holiday was Christmas when she decorated the house and her tree to perfection! Christmas was the holiday she lit up because she was able to gift everything everyone ever wanted. The traditions of making our special French cookies and pate brought our family close together but even closer when Santa visited the house with all of our family together laughing and celebrating.

She is survived by her significant partner, Armando Hernandez; her son, Michael Wesolek; her daughter, Kirsten Wesolek; and her eight grandchildren, Kaleb, Skye, Seth, Colin, Kaydence, Khloey, Kyla, and Coda, all whom live in Las Vegas, NV and brought great joy to her later years.

Funeral service will be held at 4:30pm, August 29, 2021 at Palm Eastern Mortuary.
