Norma Rivera Tan

Norma graduated from National University in the Philippines and received a Baccalaureate in Pharmacy. Norma had a career in Pharmacy in the Philippines and was a Medical Technologist, first in Canada and throughout the United States.

She was married to Jose Tan on April 4, 1971.

Norma was a devoted parishioner at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church and volunteered with her small group of friends at St Thomas More making rosaries. As a devoted Catholic, you would find her collecting Catholic themed paintings and Saints trinkets that adorn her entire home. Norma also enjoyed gardening, loved flowers and adored her two dogs, Micah and Asia.

Norma is survived by her son, Jethro Rivera Tan, daughter-in-law, Kim Xuan Tan, granddaughter, Kaleigh Madison Tan and grandson, Bradley Austin “Aussie” Tan.

Memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at 1 pm at Palm Eastern Mortuary (7600 S. Eastern Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89123) with a reception to follow.
