Louis J. Fluet, 70, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on January 25, 2013 at Desert Springs Hospital. He was born on November 19, 1942 in Biddeford, Maine. He was adopted by Lionel and Josephine Fluet from a convent.
Louis graduated from Litchfield High School in 1960. He then entered the Air Force and was deployed to Korea. When he returned in 1964, he became a welder at Pratt and Whitney in Southington, Connecticut.
On August 3, 1968, he married is soul mate and life-long partner, Cheryl Demers.
Louis was a great dad, loved his five children, and was proud of each of them. He loved all kinds of sports, especially baseball and football.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; sons, Mark, Robert, Joseph and Louis Jr.; daughter, Lea; and seven grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held from 11am-1pm on Monday, February 4, 2013 with burial to follow. A reception will be held after burial. All services will be held at Palm Eastern Mortuary and Cemetery.
