Leashell Flowers was born in Flint Michigan and educated in the public schools of Michigan. Leashell was the daughter of Mary Coates (Flowers) & Pastor (Bishop) James Flowers of North Star Baptist Church (Triump Church Flint campus). Leashell attended Second Baptist church when she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada around 1982.
Leashell loved to sing, play music (her all-time favorite Midnight Star), a social butterfly, with the nickname China Doll. Leashell was spunky, caring, and the life of family events. Leashell was loved by many, and death cannot remove what she meant to people, because God merely brought his daughter home.
Leashell will forever have her memories with: her mother Mary Coates (Flowers) Flint Michigan (resides Las Vegas, NV); father James Flowers (Bishop) Davison Michigan; Daughters: Ms. Kushica Kei Flowers, Mrs. Lushica Kai Campbell (Parker) of Flint Michigan (reside in Las Vegas, NV); son-in-law Nicholas Campbell; Grandchildren (oldest to youngest): Kave’h Flowers, Anaya Skinner, Isaiah Hopkins, Yussia Sanders, Las Vegas, NV; Siblings: Learico Flowers, James Flowers Jr., Martinez Antuan Coates, Las Vegas, NV and a host of Aunts, Uncles, relatives, and friends.
