Joseph Yow Ming Lin, 67, a civil engineer in management for the Las Vegas Valley Water District, of Las Vegas, passed away April 15, 2014. He was born August 6, 1946 in Taiwan and had been a resident of Nevada for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Ma Pin Lin and sister, Zue-Lyn Lin. Joseph is survived by his two sons, Frank and Stephen Lin; mother, Tsei Shai Lin; two brothers, Yow-Cheng Lin and Yow-Kou Lin; and sister, Zue-Whe Lin. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19 from 9am to 12pm at Palm Mortuary, 1600 South Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. The funeral will be held on the same day at 12pm at Grace Presbyterian Church, 1515 West Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89103.
