Joseph E. Eugenio, 52, a resident of the Las Vegas area since 2000, passed away on September 5, 2021 at St. Rose Hospital after a hard fought battle against covid pneumonia. He was born on April 15, 1969 at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. to Edgardo and Sherry Eugenio. In the year 2007, Joseph married Courtney Bridges in Maui.
Joe loved BMX, mountain biking and working on bikes. He was known through the neighborhood that if you brought your bike to his garage he would fix it…no questions asked. He enjoyed watching his boys, Mccoy and Camden, riding their bikes, launching off ramps and riding on desert dirt trails. His daughter Kaile and he enjoyed telling jokes and watching Netflix late at night. His daughter, Mia, loves dancing; it brought much joy to him to sit and watch her. Joe loved spending time with his wife on their favorite island, Maui, where he ate one of his favorite foods, spam musabi.
Joseph is survived by his wife Courtney; four children Kaile, Mccoy, Camden and Mia; brother Christopher W. Eugenio and his wife Laurie; his father and mother Edgardo and Sherry Eugenio; uncle and aunt Stanley and Lynne Dillard; uncle Ben Eugenio; cousins Bradley Dillard, Stephanie Holden, Mike Eugenio and Marc Eugenio; and his 93-years young grandmother Velma Dillard.
His love for his family and friends was unconditional. He had an amazing intelligent mind and heart. Joe will not be forgotten in our hearts or minds.
