Dear Allison,Elizabeth,Karen,Mary and Richard,  My name is Christine and I was a long time friend of John's.  I first met John when he was Stationed at Nellis AFB with my husband. We remained friends for 44 years. John and I would off and on connect through phone calls or texts. The last time I connected with him was on his birthday which is the same birthday as my brother whose name is also John.  That's how I was always able to remember his bday. When I saw the date of his passing it is the same day my father passed. I knew something was wrong yesterday when I saw on Zillow that his house had sold.  Something was very wrong.  I can't tell you how very sorry I am.  John was a very dear friend to me and I will miss him.
