Joe D. Russell, 90, of Las Vegas, died Dec. 5, 2010. He was an electronic engineer and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Visitation 11a.m.-1p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 15, at Palm Mortuary-Eastern. Graveside service at 1:20 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 16, at SNVMC.
