Jean was born on June 6, 1951 in Monterey, CA. She went to school at Cabrillo College and graduated with her dental hygiene degree. She worked as a dental hygienist for over 35 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dick Choy Low and June Gong Quock, and two brothers Howard and Jack Low.
She is survived by her three children, Alan McCaffrey and wife Civia, Margot Leland and husband, Andrew, and John McCaffrey and wife Christine; and six grandchildren, Maddox, Elliana, Preston, Gavin, Weston and Mason.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother, who gave her life to her family. She was happiest when spending time with her six grandchildren. She will be remembered most for her infectious laugh and smile, and for the love she selflessly gave to her family. She will be greatly missed by all of us
