James A Hodges III, age 68, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. James was born June 26, 1953 in San Pedro, CA.
With great sorrow we report the passing of James “Jim” A Hodges on February 8, 2022. Jim spent almost his whole life in Las Vegas. He spent 3 years in the Army, 3 years in the Army Reserve and 19 years in the Nevada National Guard where he achieved the rank of sergeant. He was a proud member of the local teamsters and enjoyed his warehouse receiver jobs. He was an avid bike rider around town. He was very generous and would help you any way he could. He was preceded in death by his father James A. Hodges, Jr. He is survived by his mother Zora Hodges; sister Cathy Zubel; brothers J. Blake Hodges and Jeffrey Hodges; and many nieces and nephews. Honors Ceremony is April 12 at 12:40 pm at the Boulder City Veterans Cemetery. Donations to ASPCA.
