James Bernard Clark, age 79, of Las Vegas, passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2015; he was born on March 15, 1935, in Kansas City. He served honorably in the US Navy from 1952 to 1973. After the Navy, Jim continued working in the computer field. He was an avid pinochle player, enthusiastic golfer, lifelong fan of the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, and he could never find enough time to watch airplanes in flight. James was preceded in death by his father Victor Worth, mother Katherine, two brothers, and three sisters. He is survived by beloved wife Karyn of 59 years of marriage, children James II, Cynthia, David, 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, sisters Janice and Francis. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17, at 11:00am, at Grace Lutheran Church, 2657 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Henderson, Nevada. Jim's urn Committal will be held on a later date at the Veterans Cemetery in Boulder City.
