Harvey proudly served as a fighter pilot in both the United States Air Force and the Israeli Air Force, exemplifying bravery and skill in every mission he undertook. Following his military career, he continued to pursue his love for flying as an international captain for Continental and United Airlines, piloting flights across the world.
He earned a degree in aerospace from Ohio State University, which further fueled his passion for innovation and flight. Known for his sharp intellect, adventurous spirit, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Harvey made a lasting impact in both his military and civilian aviation careers.
Harvey is survived by his beloved sister, Phyllis Goldheimer, along with her family, with whom he shared many cherished memories. His presence will be deeply missed by his nieces and their families, all of whom were touched by his stories, wisdom, and love.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Irwin and Revae Cohen.
His family and friends will forever remember his passion for life, his quick wit, and the countless adventures he embraced. Though Harvey is no longer with us, his legacy will continue to soar in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
