Frank Edward O’Neil, passed away March 09, 2023 a Frank was born in Clark, South Dakota September 12,1936 to Frank and Catherine O’Neil. He was married 25 years to Joann Klein-O’Neil who was born in Columbus Ohio to William and Freida Cooper. Frank was a long time resident since 1978 and retired from the U.S. Air Force. He shared a successful business, All Seasons Pest Control. Frank is survived by his son, Frank “Mike” O’Neil; his grandson, Chase Edward Alexander O’Neil; his sister, Kay
O’Neil; a brother, Mick O’Neil; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was a long time sucuriber to the Clark Courier .
