Leo was known for his sharp wit and sense of humor, qualities that endeared him to all who knew him. Above all, he was deeply devoted to his family. After moving to Carson, CA, Leo built a successful, 42 year career in the aerospace industry, working his way up at McDonnell Douglas and later Boeing. He took great pride in his work and was highly respected in his field.
In his free time, Leo was a passionate fan of Dodgers baseball and had a lifelong love of all things Disney, especially Mickey Mouse. He also enjoyed watching TV and movies, finding joy in simple pleasures and sharing them with family.
Leo is survived by his son Salvatore Molinari and wife Shirley of Carson, CA; his daughter Jerilee Buerck and husband Harry of Pahrump, NV; and his daughter Teri Garten and husband Bill of Carlsbad, CA. Per Leo’s wishes, a small, private memorial service will be planned at a later date.
