He was born in Mantahan, Maasin, Leyte, Philippines to Feliciano Tan Sr. and Presentacion Montederamos on May 9, 1955. He also met the woman he wanted to spend his life with here, and later married Maria Dimna Adarne Quirong in September of 1991.
Eduardo spent years serving onboard various marine vessels as a chief mate. These vessels included MV’s “PRIMROSE”, “MARINA II”, “GLOBAL EXPRESS 5”, and “NOVTHEO”. He traveled and saw different parts of the world. Upon acquiring citizenship in the United States, he worked as a casino craps supervisor at the Golden Gate Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Eduardo was a bright soul. His pastimes included playing the guitar and piano, singing, and making the people around him laugh and smile. He enjoyed good food, especially when eating with his loved ones. Eduardo also enjoyed taking care of his cars.
His wife, Dimna, his daughter, Jade, his siblings, Flor, Lina, Reynaldo, and Feliciano Jr. and their families survive him. Eduardo was a man of good faith; also a cook and a musician. He was a good friend and loving brother, son, husband, and father. Eduardo was a good man with a legacy of laughs and kind acts that will transcend future generations.
