TSgt. Earl H. Parker, born January 11, 1934 to George and Maude Parker in Chicago, Illinois passed away on May 2, 2015 at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. Earl enlisted with the United States Air Force in 1958 and retired as a TSgt. in 1979 after which he worked for Nevada Power as a major maintenance supervisor until his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Mary Parker, two daughters Cheryl Parker and Cindy Ortiz and family, one brother Benny Parker, as well as Earls’ extended family. Mr. Parker will lay in state Friday May 8, 2015 from 11:30-12 with funeral service following at Palm Mortuary – Downtown, 1325 N Main Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101; Private burial will be held at a later date at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada.
