Debra Lynn Anderson

She was born April 2, 1952, in San Bernadino, California to Don and Lori Harris. She found her eternal partner at the age of 19, when she met and married James Anderson at the LDS Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 8, 1971.

Debi was raised in the small town of Willits, California where she enjoyed riding horses and cheerleading for the local high school. She attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho. She loved children and worked many years as a preschool teacher and eventually Director of a Day Care Facility, where she had a positive impact on many lives. She will tell you that her greatest accomplishment in life was her family.

Debi was a selfless woman who loved and made everyone feel like they were part of her family. She loved baking and crafting. Her favorite pastime is baking cookies with her grandkids. She loved socializing with her singles group, bunco group, church group, and lifelong friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Alicia, and her four sons, Ryan, Jeff, Brad, and Dana. Fourteen grandchildren, and three Great Grandchildren. Being a Mother and Grandmother was everything to her.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a Cancer Foundation.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, June 29, 2024 at the LDS Church, located at 2701 E Pebble Rd, Henderson, NV 89074.
