David grew up playing sports thru high school and college. He also loved music and was a drummer in the California music scene. His work was in the lighting industry in both California and in Las Vegas.
He loved watching the grandsons Zamiel, Dane and Mana play in little league baseball games. He enjoyed trips to Disneyland and also the wine country. He still enjoyed sports, playing catcher in an adult baseball league. Also playing golf, football and bowling until sidelined by a stroke in 2008. He then became a big spectator.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Mary, her 6 daughters from a previous marriage and 7 grandchildren. David is also survived by a daughter, Phoebe and her two sons, Daniel and Jacob, who live in Washington. Phoebes siblings include Brett, Angela and Steven. Steven has two children, Emma and Noah. David had 1 brother, and 1 sister Sandy and her two children.
