Alberto Rodriguez

Alberto Rodriguez passed away September 15, 2023 at the age of 80. His battle with serious medical issues in recent months showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Alberto stayed strong for his kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren until the end.

As a child, Alberto grew up in the country side of Chihuahua, México. At a young age he would help his parents collect wood for work to help provide for his family. Alberto was the youngest sibling out of his brothers and sisters. He taught himself how to play guitar at a young age. Alberto would inspire his grandchildren to play guitar when they would watch him play at gatherings.

Alberto met his wife, Hermelinda Aguirre, while serenading her by playing the guitar. Hermelinda would play it tough to get, but Alberto would continue to serenade her until she would say yes. Together, they had six children: María Elena, Ana Lilia, Mario Alberto, Juan Antonio, Jesus José, and Roberto.

Alberto, will be honored at the Palms Eastern Mortuary, on September 29, 2023. Visiting hours are from 8am-12pm, funeral service from 12pm-1pm, and with committal service from 1pm-1:30pm.
