Alan was a colleague who provided trainings when I worked for Glendale. He made things that were boring fun. My heart goes out to those that are family and close friends. Rest in peace.

Alan was my supervisor at Glendale Elementary School District.   He started the alternative program at the district and was always collaborative with his staff.   We shared the love for the program as well as laughter and trying to improve the program.   My thoughts and prayers to his family.   If it weren't for Alan I don't know if the program would have been started and having the privilege to have worked with him.

My condolences. I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Alan. He was by boss several years back and we had some great memories together. He taught me a lot and always believed I could do more. I’m very sorry for the loss.

I have known Alan for over 20 years. We worked together in Glendale Elementary School  District and Creighton Elementary School District. Alan was a true professional who worked very hard to make sure that students received the best education possible.  If I, a district employee, needed support, I could always count on Alan to be upbeat, patient and an excellent resource. He will be missed, but his positive impact to many will be lasting. My condolences to his family.
