Stephanie M Polansky age 48 of Gibsonton FL died September 18 2012 at her residence. She was born in Brooksville and has been a resident of Hillsborough county for 35 years. She is survived by daughter Abby Jacobson, mother and step father Sandy and Tony DeJordy, and brother Stevan Polansky. A memorial service will be celebrated on Friday October 5, 2012 at 10:30 am at Moss Feaster Funeral Home Serenity Gardens Chapel in Largo FL.
