Adkins, Oma F. 79, of Largo, died Saturday, May 28, 2016. She was born in Garrett, KY, on Nov. 6, 1936, to parents Allen and Larcie (Caudill) Fugate. She was a Sears home shopping sales representative, and also at one time worked for the Hewitt Soap Company of Dayton, OH. She was a member of American Legion Post 273 Madeira Beach. She is pre-deceased by husband, Atto Adkins; daughter, Darlene Feltz; and sisters, Bertha Frazier and Jackie Sandlin. Survivors include a daughter, Cathy Bulger; brother, John Fugate; her grandsons, Michael and William Feltz, a granddaughter, Renee Bulger.
